Having delivered hundreds of homes, it has grown its investment portfolio substantially. Today, we own a multitude of residential assets - mainly in London and South East. Complimented by a range of commercial investments with future potential, our portfolio is diverse and closely managed.

WHAT WE DO

Driven for deals, we acquire properties for development and /or investment, sometimes in joint venture with family offices or other property companies. We will look at commercial properties with upside potential, sites with or without planning, and residential portfolios.
